Ways to Engage
Overview: Investors can:
- Buy a property and lease it to Just Homes with expected yields of 3% plus any capital gain
- Buy shares in the Just Homes Fund Limited (an Industrial and Provident Society) - with expected yields of 3% with no capital gain
Existing Landlords and Homeowners can:
- Ask Just Homes to manage your property for you
- Take referrals from Just Homes for a whole house
- Take people into spare rooms in your own home through our Just Hosting programme
Rather than stick to a strict rent per room or house Just Homes provides accommodation based on ability to pay even if this is sometimes very small. In such cases staff work actively with a tenant to increase their household income through paid employment where possible. Because of this financial returns to landlords and investors will be below the market rate. |
